These terms apply when you buy from On Radar. Please read them before you order. By placing an order, you agree to them. If you have any questions, email hello@getonradar.com before you buy.
1. About us
On Radar is run by Susan Furniss Radley, trading as On Radar, based in Dungarvan, County Waterford, Ireland. Email: hello@getonradar.com.
2. What we offer
- AI Radar Scan™ (€349, or the local-currency price shown on our website): an analysis of how AI platforms see your business, carried out using our RadarSweep™ system and delivered as a written report of around 20 pages, including your Radar Score™ and a prioritised action plan.
- Repeat scan (€149, or the local-currency price shown on our website): a new AI Radar Scan™ for an existing client, so you can compare results with your earlier report.
- Flight Check (from €1,350, or the local-currency price shown on our website): we make the recommended changes for you. Flight Check is quoted separately, and the work, price and timeline are agreed with you in writing before we start.
Report length and content vary with the size of your business, your website and your market.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in euro, pounds sterling or US dollars, depending on where you are, and you pay the price shown at checkout. We aren't currently registered for VAT, so no VAT is added. You pay in full when you order, through our secure checkout run by Stripe. You'll receive a receipt and invoice by email.
4. Your order and delivery
- At checkout, please give us your correct business name and website address. We scan the business you tell us about.
- We normally start your scan within one business day of your order, and we'll email you to confirm it has started.
- We deliver your report within 3 business days of your order, by email, as a private link and a PDF copy. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Irish public holidays.
- If we need to check something with you before we can continue, we'll email you, and the delivery time may be extended by the time it takes to get your reply.
- If, for any reason, we can't carry out your scan, we'll give you a full refund.
5. Cancellations and refunds
- Before we start your scan: you can cancel for a full refund. Just email hello@getonradar.com.
- After we've started: the work is tailored to your business, so we can't offer a refund once your scan is under way, except where consumer law gives you a right to one (see below).
- After your report is delivered: no refund is available.
If you're buying as a consumer
If you're buying for personal use rather than for a business, EU consumer law normally gives you 14 days to cancel a service. By placing your order, you ask us to start your scan straight away, within that 14-day period, and you accept that:
- once your report has been delivered, the service is complete and you no longer have the right to cancel
- if you cancel after we've started but before we deliver, we'll refund you minus a fair amount for the work already done
Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer.
6. What we can and can't promise
AI platforms change how they answer questions all the time, and their answers can vary from person to person and from day to day. Your report shows what we found at the time of your scan.
- We can't guarantee that any AI platform, search engine or website will recommend, rank or mention your business, before or after you make changes.
- Our recommendations are professional guidance. You decide which changes to make, and you're responsible for changes you or your team make to your website and listings.
- We don't provide legal, medical, financial or tax advice. Where a recommendation touches on these areas, please check with a qualified professional.
7. Your report
Your report is for your own business use. You're welcome to share it with your staff, web designer and advisers. Please don't resell it or publish it as your own work.
The AI Radar Scan™, RadarSweep™ and Radar Score™ names, and our report format, questions and scoring system, remain the property of On Radar.
Any website wording we write for you in your report is yours to use on your own website and listings.
8. Confidentiality
We keep your report private. We won't share it, or name your business as a client, without your permission. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal information.
9. Our liability
We carry out every scan with reasonable care and skill. If something goes wrong, our total liability to you for any order is limited to the price you paid for it. We aren't liable for indirect losses, such as lost profits, lost business or lost opportunities.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.
10. Complaints
If you're not happy with any part of our service, please email hello@getonradar.com and tell us what went wrong. We'll do our best to put it right quickly.
11. Law
These terms are governed by the law of Ireland, and the Irish courts have jurisdiction. If you're a consumer living elsewhere in the EU, you also keep the protection of the consumer laws of your own country.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order is the one that applies to that order.
